BLOGGING: You're Being Watched!!!

You may have noticed a new side bar. 2 new things:

1) The date of the Cincy Run Like Hell Fun Run -- our goal for the first 5K. That's so that you can keep me in line.

2) It's a traffic feed (which I lifted off the Joe. My. God. Blog). A couple of quick notes that are kind of funny:

a) I'm international -- with visitors from Germany, Canada, Mexico, and the UK!
b) My speedo's post, apparently, is the number one thing drawing people in, so I need to, apparently, post more half naked men to draw people in.
