Has anyone else ever had the feeling a straight man has a "crush" on them... I think it's completely possible for straight men to totally dig a gay man in a way they don't understand.
I think there's at least one straight guy in my life -- whose sexuality I do not doubt -- that has a total crush on me.

Yeah, it's not completely uncommon. I think my last personal trainer had a straight guy crush on me because I answered his questions intelligently (not just the "gay questions" -- he'd been promoted to manager and was having some trouble learning how to supervise a team) and I didn't make him uncomfortable, but we could still joke around have fun.
I used to have a straight man who absolutely adored me. He would drag his wife to all my shows and tell people I was his "girlfriend"
He's still totally straight...but he now likes to wear women's clothes...
This is a "When Harry Met Adam' thing; is it possible to imagine friendship with a guy without letting sex get in the way?
