No, wait, we WANT straight people at gay bars

In direct contention to the whole bit about banning bachelorette parties from gay bars, seems there is a simultaneous movement to save the gay scene by becoming more welcoming to straight people and couples, especially for drag shows.

From the Seattle Times:

"You can always tell the straight people," says Koeller, "because they're the ones who come on time."
That's the best quote of the whole piece. I mean, let's talk about the real tragedy here: the death of Universal Gay Standard Time. That is what I am upset about.
